Citix is a tool aimed at local councils to understand the experience of citizens.

Dashboard

The epicentre of our redesign was the creation of a customisable dashboard that could meet the needs of so many different types of users. We wanted to simplify their experience and help them get more out of Citix. Understanding what the users were like and what their needs were was the key to the work we did.

Workflow & Profiles

The tool has different profiles depending on the permissions associated with each one, related to each other through the flow above.

With Citix, users have control in every area of your municipality. They can filter, compare, highlight, download tables and data and much more.
